Der \u00e4u\u00dfere Bereich besteht aus geh\u00e4rtetem Stahl, dessen Materialkosten geringer sind, was ebenfalls Kosten sparen kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Montagestempel aus Hartmetall und geh\u00e4rtetem Stahl<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dasselbe gilt f\u00fcr die Montagestempel. Der Haupteinsatzbereich ist Hartmetall, die Fersen- bzw. Au\u00dfenfl\u00e4che besteht aus gew\u00f6hnlichem geh\u00e4rtetem Stahl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dabei werden das Hartmetallbauteil und das geh\u00e4rtete Stahlbauteil zusammengef\u00fcgt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Montagemethoden f\u00fcr die Stempelmontage und Matrizenmontage<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Es gibt mehrere Methoden zum Zusammenbau von Stempeln und Matrizen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>L\u00f6tmethode:<\/strong> Wir k\u00f6nnen Hartmetall und geh\u00e4rteten Stahl durch L\u00f6ten miteinander verbinden. Das scheint einfach, aber die Steuerung von L\u00f6ttemperatur und -st\u00e4rke ist eine technische Angelegenheit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dehnen sich bei Erw\u00e4rmung aus und ziehen sich bei Abk\u00fchlung zusammen:<\/strong> Dies ist ein physikalisches Prinzip. Nachdem die gr\u00f6\u00dfere geh\u00e4rtete Stahlkomponente und die kleine Hartmetallkomponente fertig bearbeitet sind, erw\u00e4rmen wir die gr\u00f6\u00dfere geh\u00e4rtete Stahlkomponente. Ihre Abmessungen werden sich bei Erw\u00e4rmung ausdehnen. Anschlie\u00dfend setzen wir die kleine Hartmetallkomponente in die gr\u00f6\u00dfere geh\u00e4rtete Stahlkomponente ein. Zun\u00e4chst ben\u00f6tigen wir den richtigen Kleber mit starker Klebekraft, um sicherzustellen, dass die beiden Komponenten fest miteinander verbunden werden.
