G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, une pi\u00e8ce est compos\u00e9e de <strong>mat\u00e9riau en carbure<\/strong>, un autre composant individuel est constitu\u00e9 de <strong>mat\u00e9riau en acier tremp\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pourquoi faut-il assembler deux composants individuels ensemble ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme nous le savons, un jeu de matrices d&#8217;emboutissage comprend de nombreux composants et pi\u00e8ces d\u00e9tach\u00e9es. Parmi les composants cl\u00e9s, on trouve&nbsp;: <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/carbidemachining.com\/carbide-punches\/\">poin\u00e7ons d&rsquo;estampage<\/a><\/strong> et <strong>inserts de matrices d&#8217;emboutissage<\/strong>. Ce sont aussi des pi\u00e8ces d&rsquo;usure. Afin de prolonger leur dur\u00e9e de vie, il faut utiliser du m\u00e9tal dur (HM), aussi appel\u00e9 carbure de tungst\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais le carbure pr\u00e9sente \u00e9galement quelques d\u00e9fauts, notamment son prix \u00e9lev\u00e9 et sa fragilit\u00e9 qui le rend facilement cassable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Afin de r\u00e9soudre le probl\u00e8me, certains concepteurs m\u00e9caniques d&rsquo;outils d&#8217;emboutissage ont invent\u00e9 le <strong>assemblage de matrices et assemblage de poin\u00e7ons<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Assemblage de matrices avec carbure et acier tremp\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour l&rsquo;assemblage de la matrice, un petit composant en carbure \u00e9tait g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement int\u00e9gr\u00e9 \u00e0 un composant plus grand en acier tremp\u00e9. Une fois assembl\u00e9s, les deux composants formaient un ensemble de matrices d&rsquo;assemblage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le composant en carbure constituant la zone d&rsquo;utilisation principale, sa dur\u00e9e de vie est prolong\u00e9e. La zone ext\u00e9rieure est en acier tremp\u00e9, mat\u00e9riau moins co\u00fbteux, ce qui permet \u00e9galement de r\u00e9aliser des \u00e9conomies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Assemblage de poin\u00e7ons en carbure et acier tremp\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les poin\u00e7ons d&rsquo;assemblage, c&rsquo;est pareil. La zone d&rsquo;utilisation principale est le mat\u00e9riau en carbure, la zone du talon ou la zone ext\u00e9rieure est l&rsquo;acier tremp\u00e9 commun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le composant en carbure et le composant en acier tremp\u00e9 seront assembl\u00e9s ensemble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>M\u00e9thodes d&rsquo;assemblage pour l&rsquo;assemblage de poin\u00e7ons et l&rsquo;assemblage de matrices<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il existe plusieurs m\u00e9thodes pour assembler des poin\u00e7ons et des matrices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>M\u00e9thode de soudure\u00a0:<\/strong> Nous pouvons souder le carbure et l&rsquo;acier tremp\u00e9 ensemble par brasure. Cela semble facile, mais contr\u00f4ler la temp\u00e9rature et la r\u00e9sistance de la soudure est une activit\u00e9 technique.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Se dilatent lorsqu&rsquo;ils sont chauff\u00e9s et se contractent lorsqu&rsquo;ils sont refroidis : <\/strong>C&rsquo;est un principe de physique. Une fois l&rsquo;usinage du grand composant en acier tremp\u00e9 et du petit composant en carbure termin\u00e9, on chauffe le grand composant en acier tremp\u00e9\u00a0; ses dimensions augmentent sous l&rsquo;effet de la chaleur. On place ensuite le petit composant en carbure dans le grand composant en acier tremp\u00e9. On attend ensuite qu&rsquo;ils refroidissent. L&rsquo;assemblage compos\u00e9 de carbure et d&rsquo;acier tremp\u00e9 sera parfaitement int\u00e9gr\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>M\u00e9thode de collage :<\/strong> Cette m\u00e9thode para\u00eet simple, mais elle pr\u00e9sente \u00e9galement quelques difficult\u00e9s techniques. Il faut d&rsquo;abord utiliser une colle adapt\u00e9e et tr\u00e8s adh\u00e9rente pour garantir une adh\u00e9rence parfaite des deux composants.
